Check in was smooth and quick. Jackie really looked after us and was very helpful. She went to great lengths to make sure we had the right size space, exactly where we needed it. Tea and coffee was offered. Great customer service.

Jackie and Steve are absolutely fantastic at the Peterborough branch. Very helpful and extremely accommodating, a great double act. The units are clean and secure with lots of options on size and space, with great deals to be had as well. Give them a call if you’re looking for great storage.

This is the whinger, i would definitely go here for a coffee, was the best i had in a long time, some say even better then Starbucks ( because free) unfortunately there was no cream on top but i can live with that, storage unit was brilliant and clean would definitely recommend.

Absolutely 1st class so very friendly kept me up to date and Jackie what more can I say best hot chocolate ever. Room a good size located as conveniently as possible and very clean....Thank you

Excellent service from Steve and his colleague Jackie, he was very charismatic and engaging. Made the process really simple, actively listened, even gave me a courtesy call to make sure everything was good. Showed me around the place and made sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend
