Elaine was amazing. Definitely an asset to the company. Made everything so easy and was super accommodating. If you ever need help and advise even when you’re in the middle of a moving crisis Elaine is the staff member you need to be patient and also explain in a few times to me as I had so much on my mind and things took a bit to sink in so I understood. The location is perfect for me. The layout is easy to use. And perfect for secure.

The check in online was very easy and quick, the staff are super friendly- john and elaine helped me move in on the day amd were so sweet. They were able to switch rooms for me on day as needed which was great. Had a pleasant experience with this storage company and would definitely recommend to anyone.
