We have just opened up a storage unit in Poole and had absolutely fabulous customer care from Michelle who looked after us, showing us around, explaining everything despite me waffling on with lots of questions!
We have booked a large unit and everywhere is very clean and ventilated and we have no concerns about leaving our items with Big Yellow Storage company.
Jo, the other assistant was amazingly helpful too!

I’m always impressed by the friendly and professional service of all of the staff that I have dealt with on numerous visits.
Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and I know I can be demanding. Joely Ford who is the first person I look for, deserves a special mention for always having a smile on her face even when I know I’m being awkward.
