Met Samantha at reception. Lovely and welcoming and easy to chat to. Was shown the space I'd reserved 1st and then offered another one that was a better shape. Which i appreciated. Everything explained well and made everything nice and clear. Bit more expensive than I was expecting. But worth it for the reassurance.

Michelle was super helpful and accommodating following our move down from London to Bournemouth. We’d had a long journey with lots of traffic so were running late, but Michelle was patient, talked us through everything we needed and even stayed on after closing to make sure we were all ok. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend!

We have just opened up a storage unit in Poole and had absolutely fabulous customer care from Michelle who looked after us, showing us around, explaining everything despite me waffling on with lots of questions!
We have booked a large unit and everywhere is very clean and ventilated and we have no concerns about leaving our items with Big Yellow Storage company.
Jo, the other assistant was amazingly helpful too!

I had such a positive experience with Big Yellow Storage in Poole thanks to Michelle and Joely. From the moment I enquired, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They even went the extra mile to price match, which made a big difference.
What really stood out was how genuine and supportive they were throughout the whole process — nothing was too much trouble. On top of this, I was able to make a donation to their chosen charity, which Big Yellow kindly matched, showing their commitment to giving back to the community.
Excellent customer service, great value, and a company with real heart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Big Yellow Poole — especially Michelle and Joely — to anyone needing storage.

Excellent service. Michelle was so helpful, really friendly and made me a lovely cup of tea while she explained everything to my daughter. Very welcoming experience and made it all very simple and easy to follow.
