110% recommend!!! Staff are always so helpful and kind. Thank you so much to Wendy for cutting my padlock open! I thought I was gonna have the worst day but they were able to sort it out for me. So so happy and everything was extremely convenient. Whole experience with Shurgard has been lovely.

Easy sign up, was able to get it booked and ready on the same day. They have a good system in place where you can use the app and enter and leave the building anytime. They have large trolleys free to use so, moving large amount of things is very easy and convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Have been using this storage facility for the last year. It’s easy to access safe and clean The staff especially Kerry are super friendly and really helpful. I had to rearrange my unit and contents to get to inaccessible items and was able to move to the larger unit next door. No fuss just efficient. I’ve been helped to navigate the new app and security as well although I really hope staff are kept on site ans they are an invaluable resource. Having dealt with head office as well the staff on site are more aware of the facilities available and the quirks of different

I had an amazing experience with shurgard storage in Portsmouth. The Lady was called Wendy and she has carried out an amazing service all the way through.
