We were met with very helpful and efficient service when we first visited to ask about the service. When we returned to drop off the first lot of stuff for storage there was an unusual problem in that the allocated unit was already in use, but the team at Reading sorted it out within 10 minutes and we could use a new storage space. Really pleasant people to deal with and patiently helped us understand the security processes. All in all, a good experience - highly recommended.

Very good place to put household goods while you're moving, CCTV operated, also the customer has is own code to open gates iñ the night out of hours.
