The staff here are absolutely incredible. They are friendly, helpful and responsive. This is the first time we have used this type of facility and Toby, Karl and Sasha have gone above and beyond to help settle us in and guide us through the process. We would definitely recommend this service.

Carl and Sasha are THE BEST honestly. They were so helpful throughout the entire process of securing the storage unit and helping with every single thing. Made me feel welcome, offered a cold beverage and explained everything in detail before giving me a tour of the facilities. I can only recommend them

He also helped me to secure a right storage unit, check-in, move my belongings to facility room. It was only because of him, whole process was smooth. They have got excellent customer service and amazing staff.

There was an issue with my transportation company pickup and Sasha was really kind as to help me move my belongings and wait for me until the collection was sorted, working over time to help me out.
