Moved into Big Yellow yesterday as one of their local charity partners- Dingley's Promise (we support children up to 5 with SEND). The room is big, whole facility is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The added bonus no stairs and huge trolleys to move things around! Shout out to Karl who sorted this for us and has been hugely professional throughout. Highly recommend to anyone wanting storage solutions in Reading 🐻 ❤️ 💙

I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Big Yellow Storage Reading and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the team has been professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
A special shoutout goes to Karl, Toby, and Luke—they truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Karl was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the best storage options for my needs. Toby was prompt and efficient with the paperwork, making the whole process feel seamless. And Luke was so helpful on the day of the move-in—he made sure everything was in order and even gave some great tips on maximizing space in the unit.
Their combined efforts made what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive one. The facility itself is spotless, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommended if you’re looking for storage in Reading—Big Yellow and their brilliant team won’t let you down!

The staff here are absolutely incredible. They are friendly, helpful and responsive. This is the first time we have used this type of facility and Toby, Karl and Sasha have gone above and beyond to help settle us in and guide us through the process. We would definitely recommend this service.

Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful during the check in. Luke, Toby and Karl were the three best staff I’ve ever met. They assisted me a lot. Would totally recommend this place for storage during summer holiday for students.
