Shurgard Self Storage - Reading A33 Relief Road

I was served by Mani who was very friendly and very helpful regarding how everything worked. He also asked me if I had any questions at the end which I liked, although as he had explained everything so well I didn't actually have any questions. The facility itself is great, and just what I needed during my house move. Would definitely recommend.

What a treasure Reading Shurguard has in Nommy. He has always been very friendly and helpful but today he was a huge help when I lost the key to my unit. I was very happy with my storage unit here and will come back next time I have stuff to store.

I'm still currently using them at the moment and they are great. They were really friendly and it was easy to use. All the staff I have met there are great and I'm pretty sure some of them remember me now. They helped me with all the paperwork and took me up to see the spaces so I could work out which was best for me. The storage is decent and there are trolleys and lifts to help you move all your stuff to your storage space. There is parking there and they can open the bay doors so you can offload straight onto the trolleys from your vehicle. You can also buy storage boxes from th which came in handy.

Outstanding customer care from beginning to end. The staff at Relief Road made moving a positive experience. They couldn't have been more helpful and made moving much easier. Felt welcome every time I visited. Highly recommend.

Hospitality is really good 10/10. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Good location to store items. Lovely area. Huge thanks to Manny for handling everything with enthusiasm. He did helped out alot. Will guarantee come back here again.
