I use this storage for ~ 6month and everything was really good. My belongings were safe and storage room clean and dry with easy access. I want to say HUGE THANK YOU to the reception team and especially Trina, who helped me a lot with packing a coffee machine for postage. Thank you very much for your help.

I'll start with what I didn't like because everything else was great. I don't like the way the company operates. I feel like the VAT and insurance costs are intentionally hidden until the moment you're paying, by which point you're far too invested to back out. I understand why it's done like this, I just don't like it. That aside, I had a lovely experience with the staff at this place. They were all very responsive to calls and emails and helped with any questions I had. In person, Katie was very helpful and friendly. The building seems very secure. If you don't mind the fact that you'll be paying significantly more than what's initially advertised, I do recommend this place.

This storage company is absolutely fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. They are honest and transparent, definitely not dodgy. Instead, they respond quickly and offer options tailored to your specific needs and budget. I also received my refund within just 2 to 3 days, which was very reassuring.

Fantastic & helpful during a very stressful move. Helped with downsizing storage after most of the move was done and with very clear communication. Highly recommend.
