An absolutely great experience so far. Everyone onsite is great, but Rahim really goes above and beyond! From finding the right unit for my needs, giving me a good price, great advice to even lending me a spare lock for a few hours, he was great and made the whole experience pain free. Extremely helpful on the day I moved in and offered me a coffee. A friendly and professional face that is often all too rare in customer services nowadays.
The unit is also well located and is obviously very well managed- clean, good light etc. Couldn't recommend enough! Thank you!
