Access Self Storage Catford

Never personally used storage units before but had been in them when helping friends. What a difference, the process was very easy staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the units were so clean as was the whole building. Great price. Would highly recommend .

I have hired this storage unit for the last 6 years and I have found the staff very helpful and informative with my enquiries. They accommodated my requirements and were available when I was on site. It's a great location too and easy to get to by car or public transport. I will actually miss visiting the site and my unit :)

Did exactly what it said on the tin. Easy to get set up and was all pretty painless. Anton on the front desk is also incredibly helpful and supported us throughout.

I have never stored, rather used a Self Storage before so I had no idea of the process. I had been contacted by at least four until I spoke to Anton at Access, who already sounded trustworthy and happened to do my booking- in as well when I turned up, he is the most patient, with excellent communication skills, including being a dab hand at navigating apps, he even help me with my own mobile phone as I had a brain malfunction 😊, with all of these skills he therefore provided a top notch service. It would have been a waste of opportunity if I didn't say anything here - I don't usually leave reviews. Anton was by himself at the front desk and he was being pulled everywhere but to be able to provide a superb service like that, Access must promote him as General Manager so that he can train the others to be like him ! That's what the world needs, millions of Anton.
