Access Self Storage Croydon

I used the Access at Gloucester Rd, Croydon, I found the staff especially Kingga and Angela had great customer service awareness. They were very friendly and helpful. They should get the Staff of the Year Awards. Good experience at this storage facility, would recommend.

Tunde on reception was so helpful on this day, when I was confused and stressed he offered kind words of reassuring words and just made the whole process manageable.

I am so so much happy about the service I received today from both staff l met today at Access Storage office. They have heart good customer service staff, they speak nicely, approach to customer nice and neat. They are fantastic, what l like from them the way they speak to customers and how they receive customers especially Luckshime. She is a good and great person who takes her duties seriously not a joke. Seriously she's a type of a lady i am looking for in my life. She is great, fantastic amazing and wonderful. I recommend her to be promoted because she is a great service personnel.

The team at Gloucester Road are so friendly and helpful! They helped me get set up with the best deal and I have been with them for over 6 months and they continue to provide an excellent service. Each time I go to the lock up I have a good chat with them. Very professional too! A real credit to the business!
