My experience at Access Self-Storage on the 'move in/check in' day was exceptional. Lewis, the assistant manager offered a seamless and smooth process. He was very quick with any issues or questions I had and dealt with any queries efficiently. Excellent customer service, I've used alternative storage places before, this place by far the best. First time using self-storage and Access at Orpington have exceeded expectations, particularly Lewis and the staff on site from when we first checked in. Right from the beginning a seamless process was in place and was able to cater for my luton van to drop off multiple times over a number of days with ease.
