The manager was very professional, easy to talk to and helpful. He understood my storage needs & financial position and happily catered for both. When I returned, his colleague was also professional, polite and efficient in obtaining the paperwork. I was later assisted by the patient manager who took me through each step of access. Signing up for a unit, moving in and getting help from the front desk team has been flawless. There are lots of storage options close to me, but I'm really pleased that I choose Access.
