What a great company firstly we dealt with a lovely chap called Dan from the Hornsey branch who suggested Stevenage and sorted all the administration. I then went to the Stevenage branch and was met by a really nice lady and a very polite gentleman Ian. They spent the time with me on how to go about the procedure. If you’re looking for great customer service then look no further. Great price great attitude from all members of staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Access Storage ahead of the big guns. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. They made the process of renting a unit very easy to set up and were super helpful when I vacated the unit. The units themselves are clean and easy to access. Easily accessible site. Small carpark with key code gate. Trolleys are in fine fettle for easy loading/unloading.

I’m super grateful to the team at Access in Stevenage, really easy going and helpful. Managed to get my tidying done and get some details on downsizing with the help of Johnson and a trusty tape measure. We worked out the dimensions so I could gauge the size of the other room.
