Access Self Storage-and Ian in particular-was brilliant. I would highly recommend using this storage facility. Getting set up was easy, the storage units are all very clean and secure, and entry/exit to the facility is easy with a coded gate. It was also by far the cheapest of those around.

Despite having a huge couch that only just fitted in the locker, everyone was so helpful and really nice and friendly. You’re lucky to have such fabulous staff, will definitely recommend to others and will use again. Thanks so much for everything, really appreciated.

Easily accessible site. Small carpark with key code gate. Trolleys are in fine fettle for easy loading/unloading.

The introductory phone call was good and everything clearly explained. The visit to site to sort out paperwork went smoothly and the downloading of app and first visit to storage unit passed without a hitch. Only small criticism is that we then received emails and a phone call later in week reminding us that we needed to activate our account and checking if we still needed it. Seems to be an issue with Access Storage tying up a 'manual' activation and online activation of account

I had a really good experience with this company and the very helpful staff. I asked them for many extra things to assist me with the delivery and storage of my goods and they were excellent at every point. They were able to problem solve and keep things moving. A great experience, thank you for making my life easier :)
