Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. They made the process of renting a unit very easy to set up and were super helpful when I vacated the unit. The units themselves are clean and easy to access. If you’re looking for storage space in the Stevenage area I would highly recommend Access Self Storage.

Needed storage for a house move, Access offered competitive pricing and great service. We had a previous poor experience at a local competitor and only need the unit for three months. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The introductory phone call was good and everything clearly explained. The visit to site to sort out paperwork went smoothly and the downloading of app and first visit to storage unit passed without a hitch. Only small criticism is that we then received emails and a phone call later in week reminding us that we needed to activate our account and checking if we still needed it. Seems to be an issue with Access Storage tying up a 'manual' activation and online activation of account
