Used a storage unit as a helpful mid-way point whilst moving from London to Bristol. Staff were really helpful, especially Lee, who made sure that we were all checked in and happy before heading home at Closing time on Sunday, leaving us to unload the van after hours. Plenty of trolleys to help move bulky/multiple items in and out of our unit. Great customer service and easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

Lee and Emma couldn’t have been more helpful and went above and beyond to help me and meet what I needed. Everything was explained really well and I have used this branch so many times now as I always find it reliable and safe and secure and the staff go the extra mile. Fabulously easy to use! Lee and Emma are super friendly. Always fantastic customer service! Love that they play the radio everywhere too! Nothing beats a boogy while doing sometimes boring tasks! I have had a great experience. Fantastic clean, secure facilities. Wonderful staff. Good prices. Peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe while I waited for completion of a new home purchase. I would highly recommend. Thank you Emma and Lee and all staff involved.
