Such a great experience during a house move which can be stressful at the best of times.
Lee and Chris were welcoming, helpful, and there when needed. Did a great introduction to how Storage works, explained the high levels of security, and took me to the unit and helped out with the codes, lifts and locks.

Fabulously easy to use! Lee and Emma are super friendly. Always fantastic customer service! Love that they play the radio everywhere too! Nothing beats a boogy while doing sometimes boring tasks!
Highly recommend big yellow to anyone. Very secure! We used it as work storage.

I have had a great experience. Fantastic clean, secure facilities. Wonderful staff. Good prices. Peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe while I waited for completion of a new home purchase. I would highly recommend. Thank you Emma and Lee and all staff involved.

Went to collect a multipack of storage boxes yesterday from this place and had some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. The two people on reception were genuinely so nice and friendly. They greeted me as soon as I walked it, we had a pleasant conversation, they knew exactly what I was after and had it prepared for me to pick up, they even offered to take it out to my car for me. Such simple things but really made the difference and really appreciated some great customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but they were awesome!

Absolutely brilliant. I cannot remember the names of the gentleman and lady that helped us but they were fantastic. She even supported us with being able to return later after hours as we had further items to collect and store, I was incredibly greatful as it took a lot of the pressure off. They supported me to alter my inventory as well as I had made an error. Great customer care.
