Her warmth and calm presence instantly built trust — she genuinely went above and beyond. Tim was equally brilliant — efficient, courteous, and reassuring. He made sure I was fully confident with the space, security, and access process. His practical support and attention to detail stood out. Being a customer over a month now. Tim and nancy was a great support through out the time. Felt very safe and was very easy to move in and out even larger stuffs . Also got a nice offer on the unit aswell. I will highly recommend shurgard.

Friendly & professional! Nancy phoned me the day before my booking to say they were expecting me. Tim is great! He took me through a streamlined process using the app. Super clean, spacious warehouse that I can access with the Bluetooth system if out of office hours.

Great facilities. Containers are a good size. The staff were really helpful and we're able to recommend the perfect size for us based on the items we'd be putting into storage while we move house.
