Her warmth and calm presence instantly built trust — she genuinely went above and beyond. Tim was equally brilliant — efficient, courteous, and reassuring. He made sure I was fully confident with the space, security, and access process. His practical support and attention to detail stood out. Together, they made what could have been a chaotic part of my move feel easy. I can honestly say it’s one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years. Friendly & professional! Nancy phoned me the day before my booking to say they were expecting me. Tim is great! He took me through a streamlined process using the app. Super clean, spacious warehouse that I can access with the Bluetooth system if out of office hours.
