Alex at the front desk was immensly helpful! We booked through the website, and it was misleading so we got a tiny locker instead of a big one, but Alex was so helpful in finding a bigger one that was in our budget, really lovely experience thanks to him

Fantastic experience with Storage Mart in Tonbridge, Kent. The staff were helpful from the very beginning—friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions. When I needed to extend my hire period unexpectedly, they were extremely accommodating and made the process completely stress-free.
