StorageMart - Walton-on-Thames

I would highly recommend StorageMart Walton-on-Thames to anyone looking for storage. I have used several storage units over the years, and this is by far the best. The basics are all excellent — the building is clean and tidy, the lifts are good, and there are always plenty of trolleys available. What really makes the difference, though, is the customer service. Ian and Stewart are both friendly, helpful and professional, and they genuinely go above and beyond whenever they can. Excellent facility and exceptional customer service.

I arranged a storage lock up in preparation to moving house. I was initially called by Stuart who asked if I required any further information or help. I attended on the first day and Stuart again was extremely helpful and informative showing me to my lock up storage and how to navigate the site. Very impressed. Lock up was easily accessible and clean. I would fully recommend

Very positive experience at Storage Mart, Alfa House, Walton-on-Thames. Staff always polite and helpful, knew their customers. Excellent support on checking out and processing pro-rata refund of monthly payment greatly appreciated.

The guys at Storage Mart made it really easy from beginning to end. From showing me units and finding one that suited all my needs, to even providing products i needed to make my items secure (padlocks, boxes, bubble wrap). I never had an issue with access, gates always worked, systems always up, and the staff always had a smile and happy to help. All in all, great service and highly recommended
