Shurgard Self Storage - Wellingborough

Came in today to enquire about storage and the team were really helpful and accomodating to my needs. All three members of staff (Lauren, Cam and Jordan) were able to assist me with any questions I had, showed me the unit and had given me a tour of the building. Didn't make me feel like a number, but more part of an extended family. The storage facility is clean, tidy and close to Tesco as well as other shops. Would happily recommend to anyone who needs storage.

A huge thank you to both Lauren and Jordan for the assistance they had provided today. I hadn't been in for a while, so they had located my unit, helped me set up the app and walked me through the red door as well as the red box in the lift. As always I am always pleased with the service they provide. For anyone looking for storage, please ask for Lauren or Jordan. They are key members to the business who will make you feel welcome and not just a number. Both are equally as amazing as each other

A wonderful service - today and always! I have had a unit for almost two years and have always received excellent service. Today was even better than excellent as I changed units and had so much personal help and advice from Lauren and Cameron. Held a 50 sq ft unit for longer term. Facility is clean, dry and secure. Always able to park for access. Staff very professional and polite, Cameron very helpful during process of vacating unit. Recommend 👍
