Access Self Storage Acton

I’ve been a client at Access Self Storage Acton for over 2 years, and throughout this time, I’ve only had great experiences with everything they offer – from the storage units to the office spaces. The facilities inside the building are always clean, secure, and easy to access, with plenty of trolleys and convenient parking available. Most importantly, the staff are absolutely amazing. Yasar and the entire team at Access Self Storage Acton are incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. They go above and beyond to assist with anything you need, and their positive attitude makes a real difference. After my experience here, I’m confident I won’t find this level of service and friendliness anywhere else in the UK. Highly recommended – if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They truly deserve a million stars!

I had a great experience with Access Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out was the customer service. One of the staff members, Idris, was exceptionally helpful—patiently answered all my questions, walked me through the rental process, and even helped me choose the right unit size for my needs. He helped with the moving process as well. Moving and storage can be stressful, but their professionalism made it so much smoother. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage and outstanding service. Five stars for the team and especially for the staff who went above and beyond!

Great value for first two months. Lovely, super friendly team who go above and beyond - they lent me a phone charger and lots of drinks of water on a hot moving day. Special mention to Caira who advised on how to get my unit properly stacked and kept my movers in check.

Great team who are always happy to help, and the facilities are organised, clean and well managed. The storage lockers are well secured and their prices are fair. I’ve had a positive experience and would recommend Access to other small business owners
