Definitely recommend using the service at Acton. Every member of staff has been quite helpful in helping me, especially when I had some issues with accessing my account due to a stolen phone. Space is always quite clean and tidy as well with convenient access for loading and unloading.

The customer service representatives are courteous and knowledgeable. The environment is conducive to what goes on there. However, I was informed that I due for a refund and it can take up to 14 working days which I think is too much. So the company should look into paying their customers refund in a shorter time span.
