Today Wisdom had to save a damsel in distress. l locked my bag in the unit....durrrr. Cool, calm, collected and with a pair of bolt cutters he came to the rescue. The day before he showed me how to navigate the access app and I was really impressed with all the security measures Access has at the storage facility. All in all the level of customer care just gets better and better. My bag collection and I feel very safe and valued.

Fast efficient service when we visited to look for storage space, Harvey is very friendly and answered all queries really in simple language yet with all details. Also explained on out of hour access process and completed all paperwork and formalities quickly.
Also helped with man with van services too by recommending their reliable known person who us familiar with their processes.
Definitely recommend to others.

Thank you Harvey for your help and flexibility, its unvaluable to have personalised service in those stressful moments like a move of house where you have so many things to think about and I am very grateful we found Alperton Access Storage (better value than Yellow in fact with more flexible cancelation policy and cheaper content insurance). The place is also super secure and functional so what else do you need ?
