I’ve tried different storage places before, but Access Self Storage is by far the best in London. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly care about their customers. The facility is super clean, safe, and well-organized. Honestly, this branch is the best one in London, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We have both office and storage at Brentford branch and have had a great experience. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for either storage units or offices. Offices facilities are cleaned daily and the 24hr access via the app is very user friendly.

The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I appreciate the security features like gated access, surveillance cameras, and individual unit alarms.

This is an amazing storage facility! The units are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is outstanding. One staff member in particular was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the process smooth.
