Access Self Storage Ealing

My experience with Access Self Storage Ealing has been excellent from the manager all the way to the management team. From Manuel to Ray to Lindsey to Mustafa and Simeon, From the old staffs unto the new staffs, For some staffs, Manuel and Lindsey have already moved on from the Ealing branch, bringing in the new, Mustafa and Simeon. I mean everybody have been so magnificent in their on special way, Most especially Manuel and Ray, for they were the one's who helped me to set up my storage in the initial stages with so much help and support, with fantastic assistance in order for me to be able to keep up with all my payments up till this very day, Ohh!!! how grateful l am to such a team, especially Ray. And now together with the new team, Mustafa and the new manager Simeon, whom have also both carried on the good works of Manuel, Ray and Lindsey, What a marvellous team and team work indeed. I would recommend any of them anytime anyday and can only hope that they can do for you all what that they have done for me with their immaculate customer services all round. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. They made sure that the move-out process was smooth and stress-free, and even facilitated the end of my contract effortlessly. Their service was truly outstanding, and I can’t thank them enough. Hi, it was a wonderful experience been there. I phoned and asked for a storage same day contract. I was so panicked from the sudden situation. But I met the person called simeon there. He made things very easy for me. He really gave me comfort where I was well satisfied with the services I received. How effectively he worked. It's not only that he helped me out lifting and loading stuff. I found him a very positive outlook person. He did his best beyond his role, I believe. I really appreciate his help towards me. After a bit of a rocky start im really happy with everything about this place. Great customer service and quick email reply. Out of hours access is a huge bonus.
