Great service from Richard. He helped us get setup including the app which is very good for access. It feels totally secure and would recommend to anyone looking for self storage.

We have just finished our storage with Shurgard. It’s been successful overall although the prices have gone up considerably while we have been using it. Given the cost of the storage I would expect both lifts to be working - one has been out of action for a long time. The staff at the store have been very helpful especially Kieran who helped get us set up with the new app based system and then proved very professional and helpful when we closed our account.
