Shurgard Self Storage Wolverhampton

I absolutely loved this place! Very clean modern professional storage place with everything you need! I just could not find any fault and believe me it was just perfect! Starting from the beautiful view of the building itself from every angle which looks just amazing, facilities, easy parking, the trolleys make it so easy to load and unload! I am very impressed and definitely i would recommend this place and 100% am planning to book again! Special thanks to Josh from Wolverhampton branch. 🤝

I used Shurgard when moving house, to temporarily store my belongings. I am very happy with how much I paid, the condition of the storage unit and how helpful and friendly all of the staff were. They were great at explaining the process of self storage, as it was my first time using this type of service, this made me feel at ease, when moving my things into the unit and leaving them there. I really liked that they have trolleys to help move things into the unit and everywhere felt clean and bright. When clearing the unit, I spoke with Josh and the manager, who were both polite and very friendly. I also had interactions with other staff, via telephone and email, who all had the same brilliant customer service and who were able to quickly resolve all of my queries. I would recommend Shurgard to anyone and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you ☺️

Clean and secure storage units. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Especially Rob. He was very helpful and booked us in quickly and efficiently. They do close a 4pm on a weekend, a later close on a Saturday would be great as this is probably a day working people might want a later access, and thin the crowd so to speak. There are trolleys to use, but they can be scarce at busy times. It might be an idea to invest in a few more...

Popped in earlier in the week on the spur of the moment to see if we could get a visual on the different locker sizes. Rob was really helpful, showing us the different lockers, explaining about the different offers, the insurances and overall costs. We went away to think about it, compared prices and weigh our options. We decided to go with Shurgard for ease of access as much as anything else, prices are similar across the sector. Completed signup online to save the admin fee and returned with our paperwork. This time we were greeted by Joshua a really friendly and outgoing character. He went over the process signing in etc and showed us up to our locker. Although the same size it was a different shape to the first one shown by Rob which kinda threw me as I'd already worked out the packing in my head. Joshua didn't hesitate in showing us another (the same size) and didn't bat an eyelid when we opted to go back to the first one. He even offered to mop it out for us, although I'd have expected that to be done prior to our arrival it wasn't a deal breaker nor important enough to get him to carry it out. Friendly help staff, clean and secure with trollies available for use loading and unloading. 5/5 so far.
