Shurgard Self Storage Wolverhampton

I absolutely loved this place! Very clean modern professional storage place with everything you need! I just could not find any fault and believe me it was just perfect! Starting from the beautiful view of the building itself from every angle which looks just amazing, facilities, easy parking, the trolleys make it so easy to load and unload! I am very impressed and definitely i would recommend this place and 100% am planning to book again! Special thanks to Josh from Wolverhampton branch. 🤝

I used Shurgard when moving house, to temporarily store my belongings. I am very happy with how much I paid, the condition of the storage unit and how helpful and friendly all of the staff were. They were great at explaining the process of self storage, as it was my first time using this type of service, this made me feel at ease, when moving my things into the unit and leaving them there. I really liked that they have trolleys to help move things into the unit and everywhere felt clean and bright. When clearing the unit, I spoke with Josh and the manager, who were both polite and very friendly. I also had interactions with other staff, via telephone and email, who all had the same brilliant customer service and who were able to quickly resolve all of my queries. I would recommend Shurgard to anyone and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you ☺️

Required storage for a house move at short notice - rang a few "shysters" before finally finding somewhere reasonably priced with decent staff who were "invested" in their work. A big thank you to Amy at Shurgard for tirelessly seeking out suitable storage for our stuff. Early days, but... Would definitely recommend Shurgard for their transparency and approachable staff.

Clean and secure storage units. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Especially Rob. He was very helpful and booked us in quickly and efficiently. They do close a 4pm on a weekend, a later close on a Saturday would be great as this is probably a day working people might want a later access, and thin the crowd so to speak. There are trolleys to use, but they can be scarce at busy times. It might be an idea to invest in a few more...
