Perfect, just turned up on spec, asked if there was a space I could rent. Everything was explained in clear terms. Was shown exactly the perfect space. Everything I needed from packing boxes to a padlock for unit were available on site. Signed up online process, simple and fast. Competitive pricing, half price for first 8 weeks rent. Spotless place. Friendly knowledgeable staff, big thanks to Neil who helped me set this up. Can’t fault all very safe and secure .

I'm so grateful to Cardiff Big Yellow Storage, in particular James and Poppy. When I first rang up to enquire about renting a unit, James was honest, helpful and really put my concerns at ease. I knew this would be a safe place to store my items. The day I moved my items into the unit, Poppy was friendly and efficient, explaining everything clearly, making it really easy to sign in. Again I felt I'd made the right choice renting a unit here. Thank you very much indeed to you both.

These days we are so used to the meaningless platitudes of 'have a nice day', 'pleasure to be of service' etc that one almost doesn't hear them. The staff at Big Yellow in Cardiff were unscripted and sincere in their manner but more than that they actually were helpful when I needed them to be particularly near the end of their shift - no hint of impatience or 'dozy old codger' jus simple courtesy and excellent customer service. Neil in particular was of great help so my main praise is for him. the others were exemplary too. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff especially after a long morning of moving things. They were very patient with me when I was feeling particularly overwhelmed. They recommended me products useful for protecting my locker and gave me all the information I needed. Quality customer care 🙏🏻

Very easy , gentleman called Neil was helping me. Very respectful and kind man who was very helpful in explaining all I needed to do and was very quick. Would recommend
