Customer service here is fantastic. So I’m basing my rating on that. Everyone has been great and Isabelle is a prime example. It’s really pricey for what it is though! But I could not fault the service from the staff.
Isabelle at Aintree handled most of my issues throughout my stay and she was fantastic right to the end. Big thank you to her especially on wrapping things up so perfectly for me on my departure and keeping things so simple.

Very simple process to get set up. Plenty of trollies. The ONLY lift was out of order for my final week. This should have been fixed much sooner as without a lift, most people cannot load and unload.
