Great storage , staff always very happy and of a happy demure especially Roxy and Richard however, on this occasion things haven’t gone as well as before. Been waiting just on 4 weeks for my refund. I was told to leave it until today to contact them yet again but sadly to no avail. I’m now told the cheque will have to be cancelled and re booked were I won’t receive it until around 9th February, must be coming by snail😙 apparently it was sent out on 19th December, luckily I’m not waiting on it but some people might, please bear in mind armadillo !!

Good price, but on top of it the staff is really very nice and helpful. Shout out to Richard for making the process so smooth for me and helping me with onboarding my luggage in the storage. Thanks. Highly recommended

We rent an office and room gere. We gad an unexpected delivery and Carl took it. We were running a course so Carl text us to tell him. His customer service is excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble for him. All of the staff are really helpful
