Booked a 40 sq. ft storage. Website is rather easy to navigate and also detailed in terms of what you're getting. The pricing can be a bit complicated in terms of what you pay upfront but a quick phone call with a friendly staff member resolved any qualms. Once you reserve, you complete a check-in including inventory. They are quite flexible in their timings and sizing for the space you require. On the day, I was served by Luke, a very friendly chap who checked me in. The process was very straightforward. In total you pay the following: - 4 weeks upfront for storage - A one time deposit - Fire and theft insurance - For the padlock When you checkout , you get the deposit, insurance and any unused weeks refunded. The upfront cost can be high. The facility itself is large, well located and has plenty of parking space. You access your storage room through a lift that requires a pin code given to you at the time of check in. Your room is further secured with a padlock. The room I got (40 sq ft) was very tall allowing me to stack many boxes and other items. Overall a very stress-free experience. For anyone considering long term storage, I do recommend their service. Just keep in mind the upfront cost can be a little high but most of it will be refunded.

Safa was absolutely amazing. She had great customer service and was very informative about the contract. She explained things in great detail and was very patient with me considering I had a lot of items to store. She has great rapport and was amazing to speak to 10/10👌🏾👌🏾

All the staff I spoke to at this branch, were extremely professional and polite, was actually shocking to get such good customer service so effortlessly. The team was really flexible with my requirements and overall I was genuinely impressed with all of the staff that I had interactions/spoken with in person or over the phone. If and when I need storage again, I will only reach out to these guys (especially if the new customer offers are still on) as this branch/team are second to none. Thanks again! Kind Regards, Josh
