Sam and Ali are amazing, friendly and supportive. The man Henry, I haven't see him much, but he is also lovely. Thank you guys for everything, you are an amazing team and I will definitely come back in the future. Price are fair and it is a safe and clean place to keep your stuff as long as you need. I have received an excellent and professional service from Sam, Ali and Henry. The stuff explains everything very well and make the process as much easy as it possible from the beginning to the end. No mater what time or day I went to the storage, the stuff always nice and helped me when I need it. I never felt bad about what and how I saying (shy) as English is not my first language. It was my first time experience about storage use and I will definitely come back in the future when I will need again because as much I was worried about it, thanks to Sam, Ali and Henry I am not anymore and I will come back to them. I will also recommend them to others. Thank you again for everything guys and wish you all the best and thank you for this amazing experience!

Big Yellow was excellent! Moving is always stressful and you always have more stuff than you think. Allison at big yellow in Ilford was really friendly and super helpful which definitely made moving day that little bit easy. 10/10 customer service :)

Had a very positive experience! Alison and Sam were very helpful and informative during move in and they're lovely people to have a chat with (which eased the stress from any impending move). Was pleasantly surprised by the flexibility they gave me - I was initially assigned a different locker but Alison found another that's the same size but would have been a better fit for my belongings because of its shape, so really appreciate her going out of her way like that. Thank you guys :)

Fantastic service. Alison was super helpful. I arrived flustered the day before our booking to buy boxes after DPD hadn't delivered them. She sorted me out and even helped load the boxes into my car. The check in process was super easy and she helped us sort another unit when we had more stuff than we realised. She even called the next day to check all had gone ok. Really above and beyond

Very efficient and professional with my enquiry, and supporting me through the booking and check in process. Very friendly and welcoming staff at the store, I had to hang around while removal men put my belongings into storage. The staff couldn’t have done more to make me feel comfortable while I waited. They displayed the same customer focussed traits to other returning customers. Definitely recommend Big Yellow Ilford / Gants Hill branch.
