Had a really positive experience with Big Yellow New Cross. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were super helpful, ensuring we booked an appropriately sized unit for a decent price.
On the day of moving our belongings into the unit, Deji at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. He walked me through the process and was on hand to answer any questions and provide support when needed. A top fella!

Excellent customer service experience at Big Yellow Self Storage New Cross!
I especially appreciated Assistant Store Manager Krzysztof's swift help in setting up my new account last Sunday. I arrived 45 minutes before the storage store was closing, and it was my first time renting a storage space. Krzysztof was so patient and friendly in providing all the necessary information and showed me the storage space. The whole process was smooth and quick!
Before coming into the store, I was chatting with another staff called Tom, and he was super helpful as well! Amazing team working there!
I would highly recommend anyone to come here to rent a storage unit if needed.

Victoria is an absolute gem so super helpful and friendly! Was really accommodating to me and showed me around. Her other colleagues Deji and Tiarm were soo lovely aswell overall just a wonderful experience
