I've been with the company since Feb/March and the staff have been exceptional my time there. Willing to take my packages when I'm not available to take and are very responsive if you were to contact via email. Just to highlight as well, Geraldine has been amazing to me with great customer service whenever I needed anything for my unit.

My experience using Big Yellow Self Storage in Kennington was excellent. From visiting the facility, booking the unit and purchasing moving supplies, checking in and accessing the unit, I was always met by an easy process made better by friendly and very professional employees. Contacting Big Yellow during the contract duration was very simple as they were always responsive and helpful. Serving notice and the check out process, done by the lovely Nicola, was very quick, easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend using this storage facility.

No doubt the best customer service I’ve had in my life for anything. Ever. Nicola & Geraldine, wow. Was treated as if they’d known me my whole life. They went above and beyond. Proper humans, proper service. A credit to the company.
